Pierre is a most personable individual and makes you feel welcomed as a new client. He spent time examining my thin, fine hair before creating a style that both suits my face and updates my appearance. He also took before and after photos for future reference. This was a classic, full-service hairdressing experience which I have not encountered for years. As a new Langley resident, I feel lucky to have chosen Pierre as my new stylist. I just had a delightful experience at Salon Chez Pierre. Razma Zafari was my stylist and I was very impressed with how much detail went into first my consultation, and then the many steps it took to bring my hair back to beautiful! Razma is very talented, and I recommend her to anyone. The shop is cute and not too big so it doesn't get very loud with lots of yelling, (like some shops do) Good music playing and two cute dogs round out this comfortable place where anyone will enjoy spending time to relax.

I was very happy with my curly haircut done by Pierre. He took his time to thoroughly explain his process, to make sure it was clear what I wanted and what he was going to do. I always find it daunting getting my curly hair cut, it is clear he knows what he is doing. He also took extra care to make sure my scalp was clean during washing and to make sure the scent of the products he was using was not bothersome for me, details that I greatly appreciated. He is very welcoming and his dogs are so cute & well behaved

I had an amazing first visit with Pierre. He knew exactly what I wanted based on my direction when I booked online, as well as the reference photos we looked at when I arrived. His moves were confident and he talked me through everything he was doing, along with offering wonderful conversation throughout the appointment. He is clearly a master at his profession. As I said on my way out, it just might have been the best haircut experience I've ever had. I am so please with my cut! I can't wait for our next appointment. Thank you so much Pierre!

I called in this afternoon and asked if by chance I could get squeezed in. Being a Saturday afternoon I wasn't very hopeful, but Pierre said he could make it work. I was a first time client and chose based on his Google reviews. I got there and he was very welcoming. He listened to me. He explained a few things to me. He made some suggestions and was careful to clairify absolutely everything. He explained what he was going to do and continued to through the whole cut. Then he styled it. It was the most drastic hair cut I have ever had and he made the before, during and after an amazing experience. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. I left feeling full of confidence and and very happy with my decision to cut my hair and to go see Pierre. Thank you again. Kam
