Hello my son needed a tooth pulled and all the staff there were awesome and helped calm my son down as he was nervous. I will be continuing to go back there in the future for all my children. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best on any normal day, but today they went above and beyond and fit my son in with an emergency appointment with 1 hour of my call. They are very companionate, accommodating and professional.

You might notice that other dental offices in town have many more positive reviews, that is because the new national corporation Dentalcorp that bought them send surveys to the patients after their visits, and all the positive ones get posted, but the negative ones don't. This is now my new dental office, after being somewhere else for 17 years that recently got sold to Dentalcorp in Ontario, and which immediately raised their prices. The office staff here are just as friendly, the dentists are just as competent, and the prices are better. There is a shortage of hygienists in Kamloops currently, so scheduling problems are occurring at every office. Oh, and I love the cherry scented soap in the washroom.

Atrocious. If I could give zero stars, I would They scheduled me in for an 8 AM appointment. They called me the day before to ask if I could come in at 11 AM instead, which I could not because I am working. I came in at 8 AM for my appointment, they sat me down in the chair, and then told me they needed to reschedule me. Even though my benefits through work do cover my dental, they still charged me for coming in. When I called to cancel my rescheduled appointment (as I definitely don’t want to give them any more business) she said they needed to charge me because I came in. I asked her well then why did you call me to reschedule yesterday? Why did you not tell me to cancel then? Seems like shady business. Do not recommend.
