Not just wonderful, organized, highly professional, and making a real difference in both my mood and my flexibility! Tip- I’ve noticed that the music doesn’t change and that the massage therapists don’t have enough time between clients. Also the front desk persons are awkward and that easily translates as unfriendly or oddly indifferent. I’m giving this 4/5 stars only that I hope this detailed feedback if addressed could improve the well being for all. As this place is better value and quality than others and I highly recommend.

Thé massage I received was terrible. It was incomplete (she run out of time so did only the upper body), I could feel her fingernails almost scratching me, and seemed very basic, with little training or knowledge of proper massage techniques. I had a bad back pin / stiffness and walk out of it feeling almost worse. I’m sorry, I guess it all depends on the therapist but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Sabai Thai Spa in North Van! I received a voucher for Mother's Day and it was a very special treat: 80 mins of massages & face mask. The lady who treated me was very knowledgeable and shared information about the products she was using and the treatment she was administering, spotting a few issues I have with my posture and suggested how to address them. Will definitely consider coming back!

It was lovely! It's been quite a while since I had a full body massage. Very relaxing and the massage therapist did a really good job!

The therapist was amazing. Great massage but I’m not giving 5 stars because I paid for 80 minutes and only received 70 minutes. I arrived early but upon arrival make you fill out a form that takes about 5 mins. They should really send you this form in advance to avoid using it for your massage time And there is a clock in my room- my therapist started my massage at 3:10 and finished at 4:20. It was Valentine’s Day so they were busy but I thought I would get a full 80 minutes After all, that is what I paid for.

I booked my whole family in today as experience Christmas gifts and everyone left feeling so relaxed! All the girls were incredible and talented in their massage skills! We rate our experience here a 12/10!!
