We contacted Rydel Roofing to repair our 30+ year old roof and are very happy that we did! It was a very smooth process from start to finish. We appreciate the thorough attention to detail & great communication provided by Griffin from the initial roof inspection to the final cleanup. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous and responded quickly to our emails and answered all questions & concerns we had. Griffin took the time to show us the options for repairing vs. replacing our roof. The detailed inspection report with photos identifying the condition of our roof was extremely helpful and the quote was transparent with a very competitive price. We decided to go with the repair and was not disappointed. The work was completed within 2 days and included all recommended repairs, preventative maintenance & cleaning. The final inspection report contained a summary with a set of photos clearly showing the work completed. I was approached by Griffin as a walk by a few months back, I’ve been thinking of updating my roof around the time, so it was perfect opportunity to get a quote from him, in turn he was very knowledgeable and up front, no hidden cost, plus he can guide u to a finance company with low interest if u can’t pay it all at once (we end up didn’t need it, but it was a good option to have) We scheduled a date, but when it got close the weather wasn’t very stable he was willing to rescheduled to tend to my concern, which I was very appreciated and finally when May comes weather seen to be mush better and we are ready! But he had to push us back a couple of days, which in turn I totally understood. Anyway, the big dumpster got dropped off, the guy was very nice and gentle that he put wood plank underneath it so it wouldn’t mark my driveway, and the undoing of my old roof began!!! The guys was very efficient and careful, they even got the water barrier down the first day, second day was a little slow, but they did manage to get more than half done and most of the vents changed, third day was finishing up the shingles and clean up most of the big debris around the house. On the fourth day it was the new gutters, they did take some time, but it was done just as the sun went down(without the down pipes) Finally on the fifth day, all the down pipes are connected a little touch up here and there, with the garbage bin hauled away and Griffin did a walk around on the roof with me! My final thoughts, their installation was very nice, all the flashing and end piece was well placed, exposed nails(for the vents) was sealed with sealer/silicone, my only little little feed back to Griffin was about the final clean up(because that was the sales pitch that got me to go with him) might need a little bit effort, but all in all I am very happy
