When i first came in I looked like i had just went 9 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime. They fixed me right up. By far the best dentistry practice in Kelowna. Very professional and everyone is super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Booked an appointment and it was over a month before they could see me. Wanted a cleaning: they told me Ii had to get a complete checkup...ok. So that's what I agreed to do. A check up and a proper cleaning (as they screwed me on time for the last cleaning I came in for) They called me 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel it because of an alleged emergency. These people don't care about your schedule. I probably got billed for the appointment even though they were the ones who cancelled on me. Very unprofessional. If you suffer from. PTSD or abuse based anxiety then avoid these people.

My wife was supposed to get her wisdom teeth removed. She had an emergency the night before, she had a newborn baby and she couldn’t make it. They told her the next day they have to charge her for the anesthesia.. she is getting calls after callas and emails and continuous harassment non stop. They want her to pay for something she didn’t even get done…. They say she owes $280 And it has now gone to collections. This clinic is a joke DO NOT COME HERE. Greedy and horrible.

A family member referred me to Rutland Dental and I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have received thus far. The Receptionist, who was friendly, calm and professional, got me in the next day and gave me a really good quote on a cleaning with my plan. In terms of environment it’s a beautiful office - bright clean and a cute kiddy corner for the little gaffers.

My experience with Rutland dental was great right from the beginning. The booking was smooth with proper reminders leading up to my appointment. Once arriving I was greeted and moved into a room quickly while a hygienist was very thorough and gentle. All of the equipment is cutting edge and some of the nicest I have seen. Really happy I made the switch to a new modern and cutting edge dentist.
