The wife's truck ran into some issues. Thankfully we had warranty through lubrico, where RSS is a registered dealer with them. Called in and was helped by Kennedy, she handle everything with lubrico and got approval for the work needing be done. Kevin called me back and explained the issue and what the repair entailed within a couple hours of dropping off the truck. Parts arrived Friday evening and they had an 18 hour repair done for Monday at noon. Huge thanks to the technician Manuel on working a Saturday so the wife could get her truck back sooner. RSS handled the entire warranty process, including the deductible and I only had to deal with 1 person and make 1 small payment in the end. It was a pleasure dealing with the crew at RSS. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone needing some work done, or I guess as far as Google is concerned I'd 5/5 recommend it.

Only guy that touches my Benz C43 is Kevin.Very nice guy, honest and super fair. Not one of those guys trying to rip you off or take advantage of you… I recommend calling Kevin / RSS Automotive for all your auto repair and maintenance needs.

It was a few days ago that my car decided it was Christmas before it was actually Christmas…dash lights, codes and all kinds of weird gremlins were appearing with my Mazda CX5. After all kinds of troubleshooting, time wasted and just general frustration, I was seriously convinced that I was cursed for car ownership no matter how well I took care of my vehicles. After a call out to Facebook for a local option that was honest and committed to the issue at hand, RSS Automotive was recommended by many in Lethbridge. They were able to get me in within a timely manner (great for my unpredictable schedule). I stayed while the crew worked on my vehicle and was offered a really good cup of coffee and got to kick back and relax while they worked on my vehicle. Kevin was open and transparent about what was happening, made sure I understood what the issue was and even though I was concerned about other functions on my vehicle, he was able to look at those concerns but reassured me that things were functioning as they should and my vehicle was mechanically sound. At the end of it all, I had a faulty brake switch and they were able to get me back on the road in an hour. Thank you again to Kevin and the crew! You’ve saved my sanity and my impulsive thoughts of trading in my vehicle. As simple of a job it must’ve been, you’ve saved me a lot of stress. I’m super thankful for an honest and local option for my automotive needs.

Excellent shop. Have dealt with them a bit previously but the other day my hood would not open due to me miss aligning the latch. As a student, I have minimal tools and contacted a shop on the west side in the morning a few minutes from where I live. Explained all I needed was an extension or 2 minutes for a tech to quickly loosen 2 bolts so the hood would open. After being told no matter how small the issue is, they would only book me in the following week, I contacted RSS who I normally deal with. They let me pull my truck in quick and the issue was resolved in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend this shop, their service is too notch

My VW GTI is now off warranty and had a weird issue that needed to be repaired and RSS was recommended to me by a friend. The issue turned out to need some deeper diagnosis than initially expected but Kevin was able to find the issue and fix it right the first time around. The bill was very reasonable in view of the knowledge and expertise needed to diagnose and then fix the problem. Very positive experience all around.
