We were exceedingly pleased to have found Royal Rooter to solve our drain problems. The technician, Chris was well acquainted with the tools to carefully analyze and pinpoint the trouble, before proceeding to clear the drain. If you have a plumbing/drain issue these are the only folks to call and at a very reasonable rate.

I had a very disappointing experience with Royal Rooter Plumbing. They required a video inspection, which I understood, and agreed to. After the inspection was completed, they sent me the footage, but that was the last I heard from them. I tried reaching out multiple times for follow-up or next steps, but got no response. It feels like they’re more interested in making money off these inspections than actually providing a service. Poor communication and lack of follow-through made this a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them.
