new people running this place i never had any issues before but they ruined my clothes! will never go back! used drop off service and regret this so much! one brand new hoodie that was very bright is now so light and faded and has circular oil spots from their dryer all over it the other has these long line marks all over it and the other ones logo is all cracked and wrinkly looking even though i had it inside out to prevent

Stopped in here to wash my quilt. The place is clean, bright, and all new machines. There are at least four sizes of washing machines here, ranging from $6-$15 per load. Staff and change machine available. I'll be back.

Advertised prices and actual in-store prices at Royal Oak Laundry DO NOT match, and the differences are SIGNIFICANT and long-standing. Website prices (still publicly listed): • 60 lb washer: $12 • Drying: $2 for 30 minutes • Additional drying time: $0.25 per 4 minutes Actual in-store prices: • Same large washer (60 lb): • $14 for approximately one year (+17% compared to advertised price) • Recently increased again to $16 (+33% compared to advertised price) Dryers: • $3 for 30 minutes (previously $2, a 50% INCREASE) • $0.50 per 4 minutes (previously $0.25, a 100% INCREASE) Additional charges: • Hot water surcharge: $4 per wash These are not minor or inflation-level changes. They are large, repeated price increases, while substantially lower prices continue to be advertised online. Customers relying on the website pricing should expect to pay significantly more in practice. Also, The website is not secure (no HTTPS), meaning contact information isn’t protected when submitted.

Clean place, new machines. Customer service sucked because I put my clothes in a top dryer & then the money but mistakenly pressed the start on the bottom dryer ( which was already going) then immediately pressed the top start but it wouldn't start the/ my top dryer. I had to repay again as it wouldn't refund my coins either. The young girl employee was no help at all. She knew I put the coins in. I know they have the capability to start the machines by flicking a switch at the back ( it had been done before by a previous employee & they do that when providing a paid laundry service) but she refused to do it. Pricey......all dryers are $3 for 30 mins & washers are $6 to $12 for cold water wash & $8 to $14 for warm water.

Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Had to wash my 9x12" ruggable so brought it to this place. The large machine costs $12 for a cold wash. And dryer is $2 for 30 mins. Rug came out very clean. Happy with this place.
