I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs anything lock related. Iurie (Yurii) was the gentleman who re-keyed my locks and fixed my deadbolt. He was thorough in making sure everything was to my liking and now my doors lock seamlessly!

We called Royal Lock and Key and asked to speak to Yuri on the afternoon of Dec. 30th because he had done a great job helping a neighbor and ourselves in the past. He was unavailable but we were assured he would return our call the next day. He did and was at our place within the half hour. He tried several things until he resolved the problem. As before, he was so pleasant and knowledgeable that we would highly recommend Royal Lock and Key Edmonton and Yuri in particular. He was excellent. ( It turns out that recently a new lock was installed on our daughter’s home and she had commented on how friendly and efficient the gentleman was - turns out it was Yuri.)

Thank you for the help. I had a stripped screw on my key fob and went to many places including Toyota and no one could get the screw out. I popped by Royal Key and Lock and the gentlemen has the screw out in a few minutes and no charge. Thank you for the help! Great business and highly recommend! trying to catch up

I had a very good experience with Royal Lock and Key during the last visit. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. The guy in the shop got the lock component replaced in less than 15 minutes, didn’t wait for long. The shop is big when compares to other locksmith places. They were busy during my visit, which is a good sign for a business. I highly recommend Royal Lock and Key to anyone.
