I have been working with Chris the past few months to strengthen my hip and get me back to running comfortably. I appreciate the fact that he did not treat it as an age related issue and that my running days were numbered, but rather something that I could overcome. He gave me easy to follow, effective exercises that have been doing exactly what they are supposed to. He has even encouraged me to try to run faster and longer distances. He is kind and easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend him.
