Dr. Chan is excellent! I had quite a few fillings to get done, and he was able to do them all in one sitting. He was very efficient and professional, it was completely painless, and my teeth feel amazing. The staff at the front desk are fast and friendly, everyone in the office is just great.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the front desk staff, Madie and Emily. Their friendliness made me feel instantly at ease. They managed the check-in process effortlessly, setting a positive tone for the entire visit. I was then attended to by Jess, who conducted a comprehensive dental check-up. Her approach was both friendly and efficient, making the process feel smooth and comfortable. Jess took the time to explain each step, ensuring I understood what was happening, and her use of images made everything even clearer. Following Jess, I had the privilege of being examined by Dr. Courtenay Cleaver. Her meticulous attention to detail and professionalism were evident from the outset. Dr. Cleaver took the time to thoroughly review my images and discuss her findings, all while maintaining a pleasant demeanor that made the experience feel less clinical and more personal. It was clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. While waiting for hygienist Dr. Anna, I was treated to a delightful cappuccino, a thoughtful touch that truly elevated the experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt pampered and comfortable, showcasing their dedication to patient satisfaction. When Dr. Anna arrived, I was impressed by her gentle yet precise approach during the cleaning procedure. She made what is often considered a daunting experience incredibly pleasant. I didn’t experience any pain—quite the opposite! Dr. Anna’s professionalism shone through as she expertly navigated each step of the cleaning process. Her attention to detail ensured that every nook and cranny was addressed, leaving me with an extraordinary feeling of freshness. When I left the clinic, I felt as if I had a brand new mouth! I cannot say enough good things about Royal Bay Dental Co. From the moment I telephond and spoke wuth Carolyn, it was clear this practice is entirely patient-focused, and caring. Dr. Cleaver and her assistant, Denelle, were attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned with my comfort and well-being throughout the visit. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or “sold” anything. Dr. Cleaver took the time to listen carefully, explained options clearly, and recommended a conservative, sensible approach that respected both my medical history and my wishes. That kind of clinical judgment and integrity is rare. Danelle was equally outstanding — calm, kind, and completely attuned to my comfort. Together they made what is usually an anxiety-provoking experience not just tolerable, but actually enjoyable. I can honestly say it was the most positive and coherent dental experience of my life. This was my 6-year-old’s third visit to Royal Bay Dental — and at this point, I think he loves this clinic more than he loves us! This year he reminded me: “Mama, we need to go to the dentist… the one where Peppa Pig is waiting for me.” I mean, when a kid is excited for a dental appointment… you know they’re doing something right. 😂 The clinic is basically a kid’s dream dental spa — ✔️ TV on the ceiling (Peppa Pig on demand, of course) ✔️ Cozy headphones ✔️ Fun glasses ✔️ A calm, super kid-friendly setup ✔️ Zero drama, zero tears, only entertainment 🐷📺 Honestly, even adults will appreciate the distraction. Who wouldn’t want some entertainment while someone pokes around in your mouth? 😄 The ambience is lovely, the staff is warm and cheerful, and the doctors are incredibly patient and gentle. Every visit has been a breeze for both me and my son. I’ve already booked my own appointment for next week — and I even referred my husband. He loved the place too, so looks like Royal Bay Dental has officially become our family dentist now! If your child is scared of the dentist, just bring them here. They might walk out asking when they can come back. 🤣 Highly, highly recommend Royal Bay Dental! 🦷✨

Just started going to Royal Bay Dental, and I’ve now had two appointments, with two more on the books and have to say I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them. The atmosphere when you walk in feels like a spa, the ladies at reception are friendly and efficient. I was thrilled to be able to watch “Downton Abbey” on Netflix During my cleaning! As someone who is not a fan of the dentist, I had an excellent experience. Both the hygienist and Doctor Riaz explained everything every step of the way, which was incredibly reassuring!
