I originally had another roofing company contacted for some work at my home. They left me hanging for months and never showed up. I contacted Dean Dennis with Roy Dennis Roofing. Communication was great. He had techs Scott M. and Quang V. attend within the week. These guys were all stars! The quality of work was very high! One of the items installed was a new termination for a bathroom exhaust fan. Scott recommended we install the termination other than where I wanted it. I did a little research after and Scott was correct in the installation location. I am happy I listened to him. Quang upon leaving my attic made sure he left all my insulation combed out and even. You couldn't even tell he was up inside the attic. The techs were safe and tied off when they were on the roof. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

Thank you Dean for your exceptional service. One of the skylights at my house had to be urgently replaced as it had fallen off! I gave this company a call and spoke to Dean. He came by the same day to assess the situation. He even went out of his way to help us patched the area to avoid any water damage. 4 days later, all of the skylights at my house were replaced by them! Thank you again for your prompt service and fair pricing! You guys are the best!

Highly recommend Roy Dennis Roofing. It's rare to find a team of professionals so committed to quality work and superb customer service. Our shingle roof was replaced and flat roof repaired on schedule and on budget by one of the hardest working crews we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We especially appreciate the attention to detail and the care that was taken to protect the landscaping and surrounding property. We love our new roof, thanks again!

5+ Stars! Roy Dennis Roofing came through when my original roofer couldn’t. 3 months waiting for my original roofer and my wife was done. The company needed 5 dry days to install a torch-on roof. 5 dry days during Vancouver’s rainy season is next to impossible. Called Shayne at RDR and his crew of 7 had my roof done in 3 days. Shayne turned mission impossible to mission possible. RDR crew was friendly, professional and efficient. Should have listened to my wife and went with RDR in the first place. #WifeKnowsBest.
