I've been going to Rougemount for a month now and am very satisfied. Had an accident and broke my leg in 2 places and was in a wheelchair with no weight bearing for 3 months. Ivan has been awesome and my knee is almost fully functional now. Still a ways to go but the end is near and I will be walking on my own! Staff is very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Cathy is an experienced physiotherapist. She is empathetic to her patients and works with the patient's limitations to help them recover. I am grateful to Cathy for helping me with my challenges. The front staff are all helpful and very pleasant.

This review is 4 years late in writing but needs to be told. Fiona is nothing short of a miracle worker. Everyone else I tried before her fell well short of this physiotherapist's remarkable abilities. I had about 6 months of sessions with her where she assessed my condition, manipulated my shoulder and gave me exercises to follow. She was able to relieve the nerve pressure and help me strengthen some muscles in my shoulder. The neck/shoulder pain (which was excruciating and radiated down my right arm) is now COMPLETELY gone. There's a bit of residual numbness in my thumb and forefinger remaining from the pinched nerve in my neck but it's not bothersome. I can live with that. By using caution while lifting and using her exercises as maintenance, I am still pain-free 5 years later. Fiona is a phenomenal, no-nonsense physiotherapist. I can't begin to recommend her enough!

This is the best centre I have been to. I personally see Ivan for physiotherapy and Holly for my massage treatments. I cannot give enough stars to these two practitioners. They care about their patients so much and go above and beyond. The receptionists are friendly and are amazing at ensuring your scheduling needs are met. The facility is extremely clean and well organized. Throughout the pandemic specifically, Cathy went above and beyond to communicate what the requirements were and how to receive care when needed. Thank you all so much for the amazing care you have shown through two very challenging times in my life specifically. I appreciate you all so much. ❤️

Fiona is fantastic! Two doctors told me I need surgery on my back, and I've been going to Rougemount for a couple of months now, feel much better, can sleep almost through every night again, and won't need surgery. :-) I recommend for anyone to try instead of putting yourself under the knife. The receptionist ladies are really nice too. Thanks for all your help!
