I want to thank everyone at Roto-Rooter for coming to our rescue. We had another company come out and over charge and not fix the issue, I called up Roto-Rooter and explained the situation, they went out the next day and were able to figure everything out and get the house back up and runnin within a couple of visits. The plumbing upstairs had not been used in over 12 years and now it is running like a dream. Thank you so much to everyone, the staff (Nia & Kresh) were absolutely amazing! Thank you again and I would and always do recommend you guys 100%.

I had an issue with the valve in my bathroom and scheduled an appointment with this plumbing company. First of all, they kept me waiting at home all day because they couldn’t tell me exactly when their workers would arrive. Eventually, two plumbers showed up and worked on the valve for about an hour, their way of working felt like Pat and Mat because it turned out they actually made the problem worse. I called them again to fix it, especially since they said their work came with a six-month warranty. After more than a month of trying to schedule, they finally gave me a few possible dates. I rearranged my plans and canceled meetings to be available — but every time, they called to say they were behind schedule and couldn’t come. They completely wasted my time and money, made me extremely frustrated, and left me with the same (now worse) problem. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I had a blocked sewer drain (whole house) on a long weekend when I had guests coming for dinner. Kresh came within an hour and identified the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was friendly professional and a pleasure to meet and work with

Kresh was so helpful with a puzzling sewer line situation over the holidays. We were impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness and overall courtesy and professionalism. We had another service company out earlier and the contrast was huge! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with the new owner Kresh. He arrived within 30 minutes, was courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. The lady on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend them!
