Called later in the evening on a Saturday. Timely and helpful. The tech went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get through the weekend. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable!!

I woke up at 3:30 am on Saturday to find my toilet leaking and called Reliance Emergency line and they had me on hold for nearly 30 minutes and told me they could have someone out on Tuesday. I was not impressed and called Roto Rooter who answered the phone within the minute and said they could see me that same day between 12 and two. In the meantime the leak got worse and I had to shut the water off. They called me at around 10 and said they were on their way. They were very friendly, professional and quick. I truly appreciated the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service provided when our basement toilet would not flush. Roto-Rooter came promptly when we called and snaked the line to get it working; however the volume was low. A video camera was inserted in the line and there was a partial blockage and break. Got an estimate to replace the pipe; covered under home insurance. Construction crew came in and replaced the pipe. Substantial project completed in 3 days to perfection. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with their performance!

These guys are very good and thorough at what they do. I had them come to a hospital I look after, camera and chain descale our old cast iron drain lines. Tyler doesn't take any shortcuts and makes sure the job is done 100%. Well worth it! If you're thinking of using their services, think no further. Get them to take care of you!
