Cassidy and his team replaced Poly B piping in my new home. They were all great, the best tradesmen I’ve ever dealt with. It was a difficult and evolving issue they had to resolve and they did it efficiently and with professionalism. I couldn’t recommend Cassidy, his team & Roto Rooter enough.

Overall i'd give their service call 4.5 stars. Technician was prompt, even arriving just before appointment time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me the issue. The only downside was the callout fee on top of the work but i guess that is the way of trades these days. Generally pleased.

Cassidy, your technician, was so prompt and so efficient. I was thrilled (if drain maintenance can be referred to as thrilling!!! But, he needs a raise...friendly, experienced and has all the right information to explain the problem and to guide the follow-up. Thanks for a very positive experience.

I had arranged for service over the phone. I was told there was a $109 call out fee I asked what the fee would be to clear The drain. I was told it wouldn't be possible to give that information ahead of time as it depends on each house. the technician called me the morning of my appointment to say he was going to be late and therefore would explain the pricing to me on the phone ahead of time. he told me it would be over $500 to clear my blocked pipe without even looking at it. I asked, how do you know when you haven't even looked at it? he said, because it's a flat fee. I canceled the appointment because that is an outrageous price! That is robbery! when I called to make the appointment, why was I told they about the flat fee? I would not have booked the appointment for such a rip-off price. I had a local plumber do it for a $147. I'm gonna tell everybody not to call your company. This is plain and simple, taking advantage of people. Even charging double would be way too much, but you are charging more than triple...That is despicable!
