I’ve seen Courtney for my hair 3 times now! When I first moved to Camrose I struggled to find a hair stylist that was proficient in hair extensions and I’m so happy I found her! She is so quick and really knows her stuff! I can be quite picky when it comes to my hair being an extension girly and I’ve been SO pleased with here service I’ve had with her! She’s no nice and friendly and easy to talk to as well! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist in Camrose!

Cindy and Megan are awesome stylists for adults and children alike! My daughter loves to have a “salon experience” and she always feels pampered there, and my sons can be fussy in the chair but the ladies at Roots always make it an easy and positive experience!

I liked going to this place until very recently. I went to go get my hair and it didn’t look anything like what I was asking for and she was able to fix it and although it still wasn’t what I asked for in the beginning I was just happy to not have orangey brassy hair from my first appointment. I waited two days to wash my hair and all the toner must’ve come out because now I’m left with brassy looking hair. I let her know right away I feel the toner washed out after the first wash and if there’s any way what she could do. She said that she did “fix” it but I’m just not sure if fixing it really means it’ll wash out after the first wash. And now I’m going to have to pay to fix this mistake of the timer washing out after the first wash. Seems a little bit weird to me since she didn’t even let the toner sit on my hair for nearly as long as she has before. And I really was hoping that they would try to make it right but I’m not feeling I’m going to get that.

I have moved here from BC, and am so happy with Roots hair salon. Megan is always so friendly puts you at ease right away ☺️. My hair is always fabulous after I am done. Highly recommend and very decent prices.

Had an excellent experience here. It was simple to book in and everyone in the salon was extremely friendly. My stylist Haven did a fantastic job helping me figure out what would look best with my hair and was very attentive to detail. The final product was stunning! I will definitely be back.
