I dealt with two gentlemen at rooter man. The guy on the phone was so friendly and easy to make an appointment with and explained who was coming over and what time. Bill was the one that came over to unclog the kitchen slow drain problem. He was so good at explaining what he was going to do and then explained to me at the end what the cause was. I would hire this company again and i would fully recommend them.

They always do a great job. Very dependable always shows up on time and professional. I have been having them come to my home for the past 15 to 20 years when I needed a plumber and they always come through. I highly recommend hiring them for your next job

Called late on Friday afternoon, the gentleman who answered the phone was polite and very knowledgeable. We had not used this service before and were very impressed to receive the technician's eta with confirmation as he was dispatched while I was still giving all the site details and our billing information. Now that is service! We will definitely be using Rooter Man Drain Services for all our properties from here-on-out. We are actually relieved our "former" drain service decided to close shop up at 4:30 today as it gave us the opportunity to call Rooter Man! Drains are notorious for getting clogged whenever and you want a dependable drain service that is available to attend whenever. Rooter Man is THE go-to for all your drain issues!!

A big shout out to Kevin and the team at Rooter Man Plumbing! I called at lunch because our tenant reported a slow sewer line. Kevin arrived at 1:30 and had us back to normal after removing tree roots. He was professional, courteous and left the space tidy. I would recommend Rooter Man Plumbing again and again.
