I had a gas valve changed today by Andrew. He is a very very great worker. He definitely knows what he is doing! Andrew goes above and beyond to help what needs to be done to my furnace inside or outside. He is an exceptional kind person. Well Carson you installed my furnace 2 years ago, did a great job of it. However this is the second time I have called regarding water leak. No call back, no show up, even on a Sunday, money in your pocket would have been more! I will never get nor recommend Rooted to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had an issue with our furnace and I got a call back within 15 minutes and they were able to get to us very quickly. The person doing the work was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to put on covers for his boots before coming inside. He did a great job and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he was doing and what to look for in the future. I would definitely recommend calling them, and we will definitely be having them back for any future work we have.

I recommend Rooted very highly. Carson arranged a day, and they called that morning with a time as well. The guys were very knowledgeable, quick and great to deal with. Very satisfied with the entire service experience.

Carson and his team were quick to fix our leaking Hot Water Tank that decided to spring a leak unexpectedly. They were efficient, proffessional, friendly and most importantly got the job done quickly. I recommend them for any small or big job!
