Rooted Heart has an incredible atmosphere & such kind instructors. I’ve been going to classes for about a year now. I was very intimidated at first, as someone who had never taken a yoga class before. But each teacher I’ve taken a class with has been super helpful with tips or helping me get my props in the best place to support me. They are also great about providing options/modifications as needed!

I LOVE Rooted Heart yoga. While all the instructors are amazing, Kiersten's classes in particular feel like therapy to me. The ambience of the space is the perfect way to start or end your day!

The owner Shelly is so kind and caring with a vast array of knowledge + experience under her belt. I love that she is always learning and open to pivoting in her business when it feels aligned. I got to know her when she was the host of Women in Business Network Mixer, it was great to learn about her journey. The yoga classes there are lovely, I enjoy the instructors remind you that you can modify your pose if needed, it shows they value us listening to our own bodies. The yoga classes are great way to exercise. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing.

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Everything you need is provided and clean. I have been to many yoga classes in Grande Prairie and Shelley's have definitely been my favorite. The classes are well balanced and and diverse. Shelley is very knowledgeable and has modifications for all levels. I look forward to each class!
