Great service, there were a few leaks in the house after inital roof wash could be due to old housing structure, informed them with the situation, they were able to arrange to fix it and repaint the walls within the next few days at no additional costs. Staff members were friendly and transparent about the situation. Thanks Sean & the team. My parents were very happy with the result, and will recommend to others.

I had a smaller job to do and was referred to these guys by one of the larger roofing companies in the city who didn’t take on small jobs. I was so happy they did. They were in great communication, on time, worked hard, and did an amazing clean up. They found issues with my roof and saved my house from a massive flood. Their services outweighed their price!!

In July2024 RooFix installed a new roof on our home in West Vancouver to replace the existing cedar roof which despite annual maintenance by RooFix had finally reached end of life. Prior to the installation of the new roof, the RooFix team spent time with my wife and I guiding us through the various roofing options. A RooFix senior manager visited our home to show us samples of the various roofing products which assisted us in making the final selection. The installation of the new roof was efficiently accomplished well within the estimated time frame by the highly skilled, professional and efficient RooFix team. Work areas were thoroughly cleaned and tidied at the end of each work day. The RooFix team manager kept me fully informed of progress on a daily basis. I have used RooFix for various residential roof projects since 2002 . RooFix remains my go to company for all roofing and roof related matters.

As an active property Manager I can report that Roofix has been reliable and honest and gets the work completed, on time and on Budget, more importantly, when they repair a leak it I do not get a call back from the tenants with the same problem. They are my go to roofers for Commercial and they offer Single Family Units services as well. My mixed portfolio is in good hands. Thank you Troy and the entire team.

The team who worked on our roof was outstanding— Communication was awesome letting us know every day whether they were coming to our home. Office was terrific coordinating all the work and keeping us informed about weather delays. Team on site was super responsive to our questions — were very professional — safety was top of mind always — AND everything was cleaned up including any debris that ended up on neighbouring homes! All in all a very good experience. Recommend Roofix and Julian very highly! Thank you so much.
