Dave replaced roof shingles in one of my properties years ago without complaint and that is why Roof Right Solutions was hired the second time as a general contractor to fix roof/siding/eavestrough/downspout/fasia/soffit of a different property that was damaged by hail storm, thus, the reason for this review. Pros: 1. Dave secured extra coverage from the Insurance company to cover the cost of replacing extra sidings of the home. 2.The roof shingles were replaced properly. Cons: 1. Eavestough was badly installed (i.e. poorly slopped). Thus, since completion of this job, my home has had problems with rain water/melted snow clearance e.g. rain water/melted snow continues to overflow the eavestrough; giant icicles formed in winter time in the front and side ends of the home; water continously pools in the eavestrough; one underground drainage system plugged post shingles intallation (Dave eventually converted the downspout chanelling water into this particular underground drainage system to above the ground so that water does not go directly into the foundation); dirty water marks evident on the siding/wall; and peeling paint ongoing etc. 2. Dave reinboursed home owner for small jobs that he is unable to complete (i.e. not worth his time) but which impacted the beauty of my home. 3. Dave mostly responded to above concerns using deflecting and disregarding tactic. Dave attempted fixing some of the above problems by bringing back his sub contractor(s) but poor rain water/melted snow clearance from the eavestrough continues and remains a problem faced by the home owner. Please make sure that you know what you are hiring Roof Right Solutions to do for you, and do not hire this company as a general contractor; it may not be worth your $$ and time at the end.

I totally recommend Roof Right Solutions!! I moved in my house last year and 1month later we had a major hailstorm. Let just say that it was overwhelming. Veronic and Dave helped me to make the process in the easiest way possible. They responded rapidly to my call, came the same week for a estimate and Dave was really knowledgeable and took time to answer every questions I had (and I always have a lot!). The team is awesome! Friendly and super qualified. From the roof, the siding, the eavestrough, the trims, the garage doors, the skylight…everything was done professionally with a lot of attention to details. I wanted to take advantage of that situation to bring some changes and upgrades to my house. Veronic was so patiente! Bringing me ideas, suggestions. She even took time to make virtual 3D models so I could have a visual. If I wanted something their company wasn’t taking care of (ex: window), they were referring me to other companies. Good experience with every one of them. With the covid situation a lot of material was back order, but they were good on keeping me updated on the process. RRS is a small family owned business that make everything possible to reach your expectations and satisfaction. And they also offer service in French so In my case really appreciated. Thanks again!!!

Roof Right Solutions handled my insurance claim, after the 2020 hail storm destroyed my roof, siding, entire exterior and two windows. I called several companies and chose them, not only because their quote was in line with my insurance claim amount, but because they were so kind and prompt with follow-ups. Also, you don’t pay for the job until the work is completed well - so I knew they were as invested in getting it done as I was. Dave and Veronic gave the best customer service, communicating throughout the entire process, promptly answering emails and phone calls, and site visits, with understanding and tons of information about this big job. All of their contractors were highly professional. White house is before, dark house is the after. Would recommend them 100%

After so many researches and a few quotes I had the great pleasure to deal with Dave and his crew. Their quote and peace of mind service was simply outstanding. They went A to Z with high attention to details using superior quality materials and cleaning everything very carefully after the job was done. I had some unexpected problems on my old 1957 roof and they been able to fix everything with no extra costs. If you have your roof to be redone Roof Right Solutions is Absolutely the choice to go with.

We had Roof Right Solutions replace our roof two years ago. We were more than happy with the end result...amazing! They went beyond..even painting some of the flashing to match the roof. Our neighbour was so impressed, he hired them to redo his house and garage as well! This spring, we called them back to re do the roof on our garage. Within one week of calling, they were on the roof, and completed the same day. So pleased with the results! I would highly recommend them. Dave is a super friendly guy, and his team is very polite and respectful! They cleaned up everything....you would hardly know they had been there! Highly recommend....5 stars!
