I went in for a pedicure and needed the old shellac removed. The lady who was doing the removal used a file and it was quite painful with her causing scraps on a few of my toes. It burned like hell when they sprayed with what I assume was alcohol. Ive only ever had places use the dremel grinder tool like they used on my fingers so they're nlt scrapping the skin. The gentleman who took over was far more gentle and did a great leg massage.

I’ve been a client at Romantic Nail & Spa for over a year for shellac services. Lately, the quality and attention to detail have declined. The manicurists seem rushed and sometimes hand off clients mid-service, skipping important steps like properly buffing nails. Most concerning, during my last visit I was told to leave my nails under the UV lamp for too long, which caused burns. My nails will take months to fully recover because of this mistake. The salon needs to review its procedures to ensure better care for its clients.

I had such a wonderful experience today! VK was absolutely amazing, she did my hand nails and the result was perfect. The nail art was beautiful and I truly appreciated the time and care she put into making every detail flawless. Romantic Nails Regina is my one-stop destination for nails because I always know they will do a perfect job. Highly recommend!

Justin was AMAZING for pedicure. Was not rushed and super polite. Never had someone be so thorough, great massage and exfoliation. My new pedicure place and 100/10 Will be back soon. Also very clean and my acrylic nail lady was super helpful as well (JC)

They did an awesome job! I got their citrus pedicure package and I felt very relaxed. The person who did my pedicure kept checking in to make sure I was good with the different products used. I have ticklish feet, and they worked very well with me to make it a comfortable experience. Will definitely come here again!
