Team at Romano are all welcoming, respectful and provide great service. Lisa always does a great job with colouring and styling my hair for a long time!! She recently let me know about a service I had not tried before - Scalp massage! I have had a few scalp massages and just wanted to share how relaxing and stress-relieving they are. In one word, my most recent scalp massage with Eva was AMAZING!

I am a mom of three young ones who hardly has time to get her hair done but when I do get to, I go to Lisa because she takes her time talking with me about what I want, is highly skilled, and always does a great job. Her salon is lovely and I look forward to going there even though there are many salons closer to my house. Highly recommend!

Lisa took her time talking with me, actually listened to what I said and gave great feedback and suggestions on how to proceed. I love my new style cut and highlights!!! The best experience I’ve had with a hair professional in a very, very long time. I will definitely be back.

Lisa did a fabulous job with my colour the other day. It's very well done and I'm so happy with it. She is always so accommodating with appointments and service is great. I love Aveda products as well so having her in Richmond is a bonus! If you love Aveda products, don't go downtown, stay in Richmond with Lisa at Romano On One and you won't be disappointed.

I had Lisa color my hair a deep red and she did an incredible job. I was so happy with the result and she didn't even have to use bleach. She used the balayge technique and it turned out great. It has been a couple of weeks now since she dyed it and the color has faded very nicely as well. She is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Lisa!
