I had reached out to Rolof Plumbing and Heating along with 4 other businesses to gather quotes to have a hot water tank replaced and install a water softener system. Nick at Rolof gave the most competitive pricing. In terms of service, I was happy with the end result. No real hiccups during the install with the exception of the water softener install taking 1.5 hours over the quoted anticipated timeframe but that was because of the water softener system that I ordered myself for this project, vendor didn't include much instructions. Nick was also able to install bypass for my outdoor water so my plants won't die. Would choose Rolof again if I ever need plumbing or heating services.

Rod and his crew are excellent craftsman. I needed to retrofit the equipment supplying Domestic Hot Water and Hydronic Heating in my home. I decided to go with a Viessmann Boiler. Rod completed an in home assessment and provided valuable suggestions regarding the system that would best suit my needs. A Vitodens 100-W B1HA boiler and Vitocell V-300 SS indirect fired water heater got the nod. I was provided an accurate, competitive quote. Rod worked with me to ensure the layout made the best use of the available space in my utility room. I am very pleased with the design and attention to detail. The work was completed in the quoted time frame and my home was treated with care and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Rolof Plumbing and Heating. Braden Davie at Altatech Agencies in Stony Plain provided me with a plethora of information on the Viessmann product line.
