I called Roko first thing in the morning to see if they could take me to my car that wouldn’t start to boost it and bring it back and put a new battery in it. They were able to accommodate me in the afternoon once my coworker came back to work and they had it fixed in no time. Conrad was a lifesaver. Thank you so much again for getting me in so quickly.

I left a message on the week they were off, and someone called me back, this is impressive as I know time off is important, especially at Christmas, he put me at ease re: my alternator, and told me to call when they were open again after their Christmas break. I did and they had me in and out the same day. fantastic! most importantly I felt they were honest, and truthful.

Great customer service. Friendly, organized, thorough, clean washroom. When my car had to stay overnight, they arranged to bring me home. My 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander had a serious problem starting poorly... It got fixed!! New fuel pump.
