Fantastic service and very fast. My truck would not start in the morning. They came out very promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 2 hours they had picked up the part that needed replacing and installed it. I will be recommending Robertson to family and friends

Dustin & Derek were great to work with. Quickly responsed to our damaged trailer wheel and blown tire on a Friday night. Had us back on the road with replacement rim and tire in just over an hour. Great guys.

My truck needed a potential urgent repair. Not only did Dustin fit me in quickly, but from the moment I brought my car in, I felt confident that my vehicle was in expert hands. I was driving down from North Island when I suddenly started hearing loud noises coming from my car. Concerned, I pulled into the nearest auto repair shop I could find. They gave me a long list of issues with my vehicle, but none of them seemed related to the actual noise I was hearing. Trusting my instincts, I searched online and on Facebook for mechanics open on the weekend, and that’s when I came across Robertson Repairs. From the moment I called, Dustin was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I couldn’t make it to Nanaimo until Sunday, but they were open and ready to help. When I arrived, Alfred was equally amazing! He's friendly, honest, and straightforward. He quickly identified the real issue with my car without overwhelming me with irrelevant problems or unnecessary upsells. A previous mechanic had insisted I urgently replace my tires, but both Alfred and a friend confirmed that my tires still had life left in them - validating my own doubts and saving me money (phew!). Alfred and Dustin worked efficiently to get my car back into great shape, and thanks to them, my drive back up the Island was smooth and worry-free (aside from the usual impatient drivers!). I’m incredibly grateful I found Robertson Repairs in my time of need. Their honesty, integrity, and high-quality service set them apart.
