Took a vehicle here for pre-purchase inspection. They gave the all clear and didnt alert to anything that would stop us from purchasing the vehicle. As soon as we purchased it we noticed oil in the coolant. Took it to another shop, turns out the engine has many oil leaks and needs to be replaced. The severity of the leaks should have been caught during the inspection. Will be avoiding this shop in the future.

On Friday, I spoke to Maddox, and he was very friendly and professional on the phone. He helped me get in to see them as quickly as possible, as I was from out of town and needed immediate help to get home and back to work. First thing Monday, I met Anna at the front desk. She was friendly and professional. Once they had diagnosed my car Dave gave me the bad news that I needed a new Rear Differential. Although he was delivering bad news, Dave was knowledgeable, forthright, and compassionate in his approach. He informed me of my options, and I decided to have BCAA tow my car home, as the ETA for a part would be faster in Vancouver. Dave and his staff are honest and fair. I highly recommend them to anyone in Kamloops who needs a mechanic for a European car. If his shop were in Vancouver, I would use it.

1st time taking my V8 Jaguar F-Type in for a service previously I had used the Jaguar dealer in kelowna. I was referred by a good friend to try them. Pricing was similar although Riversyde uses a better grade of synthetic oil at about 19$ a liter. I Mentioned a few things beyond the service like a squeaky brake front drivers side. When I got the car back I noticed a few small things that are important to me. 1. No oily fingerprints on the hood or body anywhere 2. No boot dirt or grime on the interior matt. 3. Brake squeaks were gone as they blew out the brake dust shoots I will be returning in future. Thx to Dave and his team

These guys are definitely the best in town and gave me hope once again to continued restoring my dream car. The car was completely undrivable with transmission and throttle problems but now is all fixed up or mostly fixed up since I still need to find parts for it. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who owes anything from modern to classic. I am thrilled to have a auto shop like this in a small town like this. can't wait to finish up the missing puzzles of my car to make it road worthy again.
