Excellent vet, they really helped our dog, took her in, when we haven't even been there before.. she was really sick. Spent 2 night over on a iv. Wonderful staff.. thankyou for helping her.

Our 17 month old Great Dane was vomiting, we met with the veterinarian and he was thorough, explained the tests and their purpose. Provided us meds to keep the puppy comfortable while waiting for the tests result. The next night the vet arrived at my door with the necessary meds as a result if the tests. Then he checked in the next day to see how our puppy was doing. He was informed, he explained things and went about and beyond to treat our puppy. I am absolutely amazed with the service and their genuine care.

Perhaps the best vet hospital EVER. The staff is an all rockstar team, they have always taken care of my cat, Hero in the best possible manner and made our regular visits a truly pleasant experience. Amidst some of the most challenging times, we got the best care, treatment, advise, and consultation from the entire team. I wouldn't have been able to navigate past all the challenges with my cat without their undeterred support. Not just through their words, but also equally through their actions they show that they truly care. I can go on and on about all the amazing stories from our times at Riverside SAH.

I’ve been going to RSAH since 2009. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I’ve always found the staff kind and caring, knowledgeable…and some staff have even cried with me when I lost my boy Cooper in June 2024. Yes the cost of veterinary care has drastically increased, and I’m not found of the idea of RSAH being owned by one of the big corporate companies. But the staff there are still amazing. To me, it’s comforting seeing familiar faces, and knowing that my furbaby will be in the hands of the most excellent and skilled veterinarians and vet techs. I’ve never felt that I’ve been forced to spend money on unnecessary testing, I’ve never been treated unfairly there, nor have my pets. In fact quite the opposite, I feel we have been treated with compassion and respect. Owning a pet comes with unexpected costs when accidents or diseases happen. I highly recommend owners get pet insurance to help with these costs. I haven’t been there in over a year, but today I am taking my new dog there. I could’ve easily chosen a different clinic, but why would I when I know she will be in the best care ❤️ I will be forever grateful for all of the staff at Riverside Small Animal Hospital.

I absolutely love it here... they are so compassionate, loving and truly there to help both animal and human! I usually purchase my cat food here, but recently we also had to put our dog to sleep... they were so gentle, so caring and so compassionate through the whole process. They even came to the car to do it, plus allowed us time before and after to say a proper goodbye. They gently carried him away, arranged the cremation, sent sympathy cards and ink prints of his paws... I am truly grateful to the wonderful staff for their support during this difficult time! 💙 I highly recommend them...
