Today’s visit was as usual very comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Li and his assistant were very understanding and helpful with questions i had. Very gentle and efficient. The reception was again excellent with their service.

This is a great dental clinic that still has the feel of a small clinic providing excellent care while also having modern, state of the art equipment. The hygienists, office staff and dentists are all fantastic.

My visit was a very positive experience. The hygienist, Kaitlyn was friendly and very professional. She has a very gentle touch and did a great job. The Docor was excellent as well!

If I could give a higher than 5 review, I would. I had 3 very stubborn teeth that were very painful. Dr. Li had the patience of a saint and successfully relieved my pain and anxiety. Also said he would call me to ensure I was pain free the next day. His assistant and front desk staff are phenomenal. Thank you to all who put this high level anxious woman at ease.

Great experience with everyone at Riverside Dental! We are currently traveling through Canada in our RV and I had a concern that I may have had a tooth infection. I called to see if they would be able to fit me in on short notice and they actually had a same day appointment available. The receptionists were so kind and considerate. I met with Dr Li (and his assistant) who asked all the pertinent questions and gave me an exam. He ordered an X-ray for the area of concern that showed no issue. I asked him if he could do another X-ray that showed the roots and he said he would even though he had no concern, but, would be happy to if it gave me peace of mind. We actually ended up doing 2 additional X-rays (total of 3) that showed no sign of infection. Dr Li also answered many of my other questions and concerns and spent a good amount of time doing so. He ended up giving me a script for some antibiotics to see if that will help with my sore throat of 2 weeks (I’m now starting to think it may be an inner ear infection). Dr Li also recommended that I see a general practitioner when I get back home. The cost of the visit including the X-rays, was very reasonable at just over $100 CAD. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental! Thank you very much!!
