This is my first time at this dentist. The staff are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable, inform you on what they are doing and ask if your ok or need anything. I felt very comfortable with all the procedures I had done.

The staff are very friendly. They pulled 3 teeth and gave me 6 fillings. I was nervous and they were very kind and considerate. Buuuuut I waited for the pain to subside. 3 of the filled teeth were painful. Still are sensitive to cold air. 1 of them so painful I called on emergency to help. I had to drive 1.5 hours each way. They got me in but just prescribed me T3s and shaved it off so it wouldn’t bump my other teeth. They decided to book me in for three weeks later for a root canal and only gave me enough T3s to last 2 weeks. Told me the tooth may have been damaged by the filling but then why are the rest of my fillings on that side still hurting 2 months later and sensitive to cold. The only tooth they said might need a root canal was on the other side. They did nothing. The next morning I woke up in so much pain I called everywhere to get help. I ended up getting it extracted as I had already lost so much time at work and quality of life, hadn’t slept in the two weeks since the appointment. I was ready to rip it out myself. Now at 26 years old I’m missing an important molar that was in good condition and had pay for it twice. I spent almost $3000 on my teeth this year, now have to go get a prosthetic and I am beyond disappointed.

I am a new patient. From my first interaction with the staff it was clear to me that they take pride in being kind, careful, patient and understanding of the needs of all of the different kinds of patients who come in. They understand that dental work isn't always nice but try their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Not once have I felt shamed for cavities or not flossing properly, they speak to you respectfully while giving you the information you need to manage your oral health as best you can.

Called to book an appointment and the receptionist, Divina booked me in immediately. She called me back saying they overlooked the schedule and if I want to re schedule, told her I cant coz im working on that day. She still booked me in for dental check as new patient even though they were fully booked. My tooth had to be removed and the dentist was so kind enough to do it right away even though it wasn't on her schedule.
