Based on a friend’s recommendation, we chose River Road Dental and Dr. Chen. After contacting the front desk and sending my father’s dental X-rays, they were able to arrange an appointment the same afternoon, which was very efficient. The overall experience was excellent—Dr. Chen was patient and explained my father’s dental condition and treatment options clearly, which gave us a lot of reassurance. The front desk staff were also professional and attentive. A clinic you can truly trust.

He was incredibly patient and provided very thorough, clear explanations throughout the entire visit. The treatment was also extremely detailed and reassuring. My child has been visiting this dental clinic since age 1 for regular checkups, and every visit has been a great experience. Usually it’s just for fluoride treatments. During our routine visit in early November, Dr. Wang was extremely attentive and professional. He patiently answered all our questions about our child’s jaw development and noticed a few cavities. We booked a follow-up appointment right away, and within a week all three cavities were perfectly filled. The front-desk staff were also amazing—they helped us get pre-approval from our insurance company to make sure everything was covered smoothly. We’ve seen different doctors each time, but Dr. Wang truly stands out. He is professional, patient, and caring. If your child needs a dentist, this clinic is highly recommended.
