Amazing experience the front office team,the hygienist,chair side assistant and Doctor! It was a smooth experience with billing,insurance etc but most importantly they offer very high technology dentistry in a warm & caring environment.Every team member I had contact with were friendly,professional and explained every step along the way.

I've had really positive experiences coming to this dentist office. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of an appointment thoroughly. I felt at total ease during exams and cleanings. I also found booking appointments convenient and quick to see someone if I need to.

I had a good experience at #RiverDistrictDentistry. Izabela, Michaela, Marione and Dr. Kollen were all nice to interact with. I felt like I was being treated like a friend of a friend, rather than an income source, from everyone I had contact with. They have all the newest equipment, the clinic was very clean, and my exam was quite thorough. Pictures and radiographs of my teeth were shown on a large monitor and everything regarding my teeth and gums was well explained. I do not have dental insurance and was pleasantly surprised with the cost of my exam and imaging.

Amazing experience! I took my 3 year old daughter there for the first time and Dr O’Donnell and Lorenna were so patient and gave her a thorough exam! Also appreciated that they provided me with better tips on properly cleaning her teeth!

River District Dentistry is hands down the best dentist office I've been too. The whole staff is incredibly friendly, nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. From my very first visit when they just opened, everyone was easy to talk to and super friendly, also they schedule stuff really well and there aren't long wait times. The technology they use is all new and modern tech and makes it pretty cool to see your teeth on screen. My partner who usually avoids the dentist (were talking 8-10 years of not going) was impressed with them and actually went back. That says alot! They were also amazing with my kid. At his first visit he wouldn't even open his mouth, and they were patient and understanding. By his last visit he was chill with them. I really wish we didn't have to leave them, but we moved away from Vancouver. Honestly, they are such a great team and I will miss them. My partner was even considering taking a trip back to Van just to go to them...which is a 4-6 hour road trip depending on traffic. 😂
