I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Rise Up Massage! I booked a 45-minute therapeutic massage with RMT Victoria, and it was honestly one of the most complete and thorough massages I’ve ever had. Victoria really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to focus on the specific areas that needed attention. Her technique was both effective and intuitive — I left feeling noticeably better, looser, and completely refreshed. The atmosphere was peaceful and deeply relaxing from start to finish. The ambient music set the perfect tone, and the warm sheets on the massage table were such a comforting touch. Everything about the space made it easy to unwind and fully enjoy the experience. The entire appointment was both enjoyable and truly therapeutic. I’ll certainly be returning for future treatments and would highly recommend Rise Up Massage to anyone looking for quality care and a professional, attentive RMT.

I had a massage with April and it was great! I loved the little welcome sign, it was a nice personal touch. It was also one of the first massages I’ve had where I haven't got cold. I will definitely be back :)

I have been going to Belinda Layos over the past 10 months and she is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The space is calm, clean, and welcoming. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailors the massage perfectly to what my body needs. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. You can tell she genuinely care about their clients’ well-being and puts her heart into her work.

Ntando at Rise Up massage is phenomenal. I see her for massage, gua sha, and cupping and always leave feeling better. She’s very professional, and able to adjust my treatment intensity to however I’m feeling that day. Highly recommend booking at Rise Up, it’s always so clean, and I love that they greet you with a personalized message board in your massage room followed by a bottle of water and bag of epsom salts after the massage.

I went for my first visit to Rise Up on my journey to finding a new massage therapist. I booked in with Thandi and am happy to say that I found my new massage therapist! She did such an amazing job, working every spot that hurt, and those that I didn’t realize were an issue. I felt very comfortable the whole time, we chatted, we laughed and she gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The others that I interacted with were lovely as well and the whole atmosphere was amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend trying out Rise Up Massage and Wellness.
