Fraser was great. He zeroed in on my problem areas right away. He did some good spicy needling and sent me home with a manageable amount of exercises. I could definitely feel that he was working muscles that had been dying in a dark hole for a long time.

My experience with Rise Health from the moment I walked in the door was excellent. The front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Felix was an outstanding physiotherapist. He asked many questions, and really gave a thorough examination before suggesting solutions, exercises and follow ups. He gave me many opportunities to ask him questions, and was focussed on me for the entire appointment. I highly recommend both this office, and Felix!

The clinic itself is very busy but never feels loud or overwhelming - even at peak hours. The Front end staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It always is a pleasant experience from start to finish. Fraser has been so awesome to work with through my ICBC claim. Within the first appointment it was pretty clear how much he understood about the human body and has successfully guided my recovery so far (I’m about 3 months post car accident). I also appreciate how straightforward he is with things I should be doing at home to aid in my recovery and always delivers this kind of conversation in a kind and respectful manner.

Dr Jordan Morton is one of the first medical professionals who made me feel heard, included me in conversations about my own health and followed through with creating a treatment plan. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always follows up as he says. I highly recommend him and Rise Health in general.

I've been suffering with Vertigo for a few months. Bernard Konks is amazing. He took his time to figure out what was happening and helped me with finding solutions to my issue, emailed me lots of handouts with demo's on how to self-treat, etc. Would not hesitate to recommend Bernard Konks for anyone with vestibular issues. The office staff are also very friendly and professional.
