Right at Home Cambridge has been incredible to work with! They supported us after my mom's surgery and have been so amazing to work with. Communication with them is extremely easy, and we were set-up with services right away. Rhonda, the care planner personally came out to discuss services and introduce us to the staff. She explained everything very thoroughly and was always available to connect with for any questions. Jason and Amy supported our mom and they were kind, caring and truly amazing at their jobs. My mom felt very safe and comfortable with them. They went above and beyond in supporting our mom. Our family would highly recommend this service and team!

I had occasion to use Right at Home after a prostate operation in the Fall of 2025. Everyone at Right at Home was kind, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. The PSW, assigned to me by Rhonda was Maxine and she was excellent. She came twice a day and changed the catheter bags I had to use for a week after my operation. If necessary I would certainly use Right at Home again and would recommend their service to anyone who needs either a nurse or a PSW.

Right at home canada Right at home Canada Cambridge a very proven helpful as always. everyone was at the most time maximizing potentials to help as much as possible. approachable and professional to handle all types of situitions day/night. make sure that everybody feels happy and encourages to continue as healthy as always. Plenty of fun and shared valuable memories or moments that will always reminds us all of how good times are beings accomplishly cheerished. the team are very excelent and well maintained all the necessary dids to make each experiences meaningful all the time. always make everybody smile and feel comfortable. well known to all kinds of culture in every each types of community.

My mother was not adjusting well to being moved to a LTC home. We enlisted the services of Right at Home Cambridge to provide companion care. They made a great effort in pairing our mom with a caregiver with similar likes and background. Our mother felt comfortable with her right away. She assisted in getting our mother to activities in the home, that she would otherwise not have been taken to or went on her own. It was also a great relief to the family to know that someone was with our mother when we could not be with her.

Right at Home Home Care Cambridge has been a great help for my family over the last couple years. My mom had mobility issues and was on home oxygen for the past few years. This made appointments harder to manage. We were told about Right at Home and wanted to call and give them a try. Rhonda was very helpful and accommodating. Mom had her nails taken care of and was always happy with the service. She said they treated her great and made her feel wonderful afterwards. To me, that means everything. Their customer service was always top notch. Unfortunately my mom has recently passed but Rhonda still reached out after hearing about my mom’s passing. Her condolences were very kind and loved by the family. Thank you Right at Home for showing us that customer service is still number one for some businesses. On behalf of my mom Maggie, we thank you.
