Ridgeview replaced my roof over a decade ago. Recently after a windy weekend I noticed a couple of shingles were lifting. I called to ask if they did repairs. They were here the same day, did the repairs immediately and didn’t charge me. Not only do they do a great job, they treat their customers well even after a decade. Great people, great company!

After reading great reviews online for these guys, I figured I'd try them for a second opinion and recommendation for repairs .. I reached Tim and he was over at my place within an hour and up on the roof right away checking things out ... He reassured me with a few things I was concerned about as well as recommended an easy repair that even I could do with the right product, which he then even gave a tube of it to me with no charges for anything.... I did not expect this type of service in such a quick time , you guys are great! Thank you Tim. ..

We had a visit on Tuesday from Gordon to inspect our metal roof. Not only he was on time he was fast knowledgeable upfront and honest. He not only educated us on the condition of the roof but advised painting is the way we need to go. I received an email from Gordon who passed along the information for a trusted painting company. I asked Ridgeview Roofing Inc. to come check out a moisture issue in my attic. They provided me a lot of really useful advice, answered all my many questions fully and then refused to take my money even when I offered - inspections are free 🙂 Professional and Knowledgeable, would recommend.

Excellent customer service, Tim was great to deal with, very knowledgeable on the venting issues we had with our roof. Long time Nanaimo business, would definitely recommend
