I dropped off 2 coveralls and my work jacket and they didn't tell me how much will be the price. next day when I came for pickup, they charged me 44$. I asked them why? they said jacket was 21 $ and also they charged another 4 $ just for my jacket's hood. I believe, as a customer service, it's part of the job to let the customer know who much are you charging before doing taking the order and finishing! so disspointed, definitley wont be back and will tell my co-workers too.

Call them to negotiate a large order that would bring thousands to your business and good publicity from helping the town of Jasper and all I got from the lady who answered to phone was a laugh and hang up. Good luck with that attitude and service. She also refused to pass me the manager or the contact info for me to speak directly to the owner, maybe they need new hires.

Super fast service, and quickly responded on the phone. ended up coming here because when I went to crouses they literally looked at me 5 times and did not help me. At Richmond tho I was served right away by friendly staff who had it done the same day for even cheaper and they came out the same if not better. The best service and quality work I have found in Grand Prairie yet. Highly recommended.

Recently I have taken a garment for dry cleaning to Richmond’s Dry cleaners and was not disappointed. My garment came back full of life and bright color. It looked like new. What I really liked about their service was that it was on time and as promised. I even got a txt message as soon as it was ready for pick up. I also received a bonus free million dollar collar shirt adjustment which I will try next time around! Thanks Don great service and customer experience!!!!
