I saw Emrah for persistent neck pain and right arm pain, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the very first appointment, he was attentive, professional, and thorough in assessing my condition. He clearly explained what was causing the pain and developed a treatment plan tailored specifically to me. The combination of hands-on treatment and targeted exercises made a noticeable difference within a few sessions. My neck stiffness reduced significantly, and the pain radiating down my right arm improved far more quickly than I expected. What really stands out about Emrah is his genuine care and dedication to his patients. He takes the time to listen, ensures exercises are done correctly, and provides guidance on posture and prevention. I never felt rushed and always felt confident in his expertise. First of all, front desk is very accommodating and welcoming. They understand my needs and try to help the best that they can. I have seen Reesa, Shairah, and Bryan. They are nice and friendly, they help me feel better because of their good work and skills. I only come to this clinic because I always feel good after a session.

Emrah is an amazing physiotherapist. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable right away and explains everything clearly. He seems to fix issues in a heartbeat and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. I can’t recommend him enough—he’s great at what he does.

The purpose for visiting this facility is to recover from my work related injury. There is immense value in visiting this facility because the therapist knows what she is doing! Part of my confidence to recover 100% is my confidence in the therapist to actually succeed in achieving the objective. I know with confidence that when I leave its not because my paid visits have been utilized but that the job is done! A real professional.

This is a great physiotherapy clinic! The front desk staff are very friendly and polite. It was my first time using a WCB claim, and I didn’t really understand the process, but they kindly called and emailed me to explain everything in detail and even reminded me about the claim deadline. They also noticed when I hadn’t booked my next appointment and checked in with me proactively. My physiotherapist, Reesa, is extremely professional and kind. Her massage skills are amazing — she always finds the exact spots that need attention. I feel a noticeable improvement and relaxation after every session. I’m really grateful to Reesa and the whole team for their excellent care and support.
