Where do I begin with this place. When I walked in I felt such a judgy atmosphere, like I wasn’t welcome there. Everyone looking me up and down, like they were trying to figure out something wrong with me. The lady at the front desk was actually very nice but was on her phone the whole time while talking to me which I found quite disrespectful. When I was seated I saw a mouse scurry by in the corner and into the wall. When I looked again later in the same area there was A DIFFERENT COLOUR MOUSE. There is clearly some sort of infestation in the salon and they’re doing nothing about it. I even heard the two women next to me muttering about it and how disgusted they were about it. I asked my aesthetician about it and she claimed she knew nothing about it. The appointment was done pretty quick which I was thankful for so I could pay and get the heck out of there. I was pleased with the look because they did exactly what I asked but 3 days later one of my nails started to lift and crack, then another the next day, and two more the day after that. I asked for a redo or a refund and they redid my nails BUT THE SAME THING HAPPENED. Overall I am extremely displeased with the service and outcome and I will never be coming back. I advise everyone else not to as well.

I have been going to Richelle’s nails for over 2 years now (once a month for an acrylic fill and new design on my hands ). I have never been more happy with a nail salon ever!!! They are friendly and I often talk to the nail artists when getting my set done. Most of the time I want hard complicated nail designs and they are able to make them look better than the picture. I have to work a lot too and my nails stay strong and don’t break. I can keep them on for 4 weeks or more before I get a new fill. I was reading the other reviews about bad customer service and bad designs but that is not what I have experienced at all. Even my first visits I left with beautiful nails. I will not go to a different nail place because Richelle’s nails is the best.

Great service and decent price. Ivy and Mindy did my gel refill and feet french tips. Im a little picky but they made me feel good and listened to all of my requests. Would recommend!

Went today to get my nails done and Thu was my nail tech. She was amazing! She paid close attention to my cuticles and did them (I find a lot of nail techs don’t anymore). She constantly made sure I was okay, and kept checking with me every step to make sure I was happy. My nails look exactly like the photo I showed her. So so happy with my experience today and I’ll definitely be asking for Thu again when I come in next time.

It’s my first time at Richelle Nails and I am extremely disappointed as the service is worse I have ever experienced. I walked in to have the full set service which is including the colour gel every where and there. First thing the environment wasn’t welcoming at all. They gave me a spot and when Helen came to me to do my nails, she didn’t even say hello to me I asked her name and tried to communicate while my nails service but no luck and right away so shortly asked for the picture I had for the nails design I was asked to have. When I asked for the colour samples she gave me only one set with colours they mostly did have. I wanted cat eye with a colour at the base. She said for the cat eye they charge $15 which I was ok even though most people charge $10. Then after I finally I chose the colour base which should be included with the full set she said it’ll be a separate $10 charge. I wasn’t happy but I still wanted my nails to be done so I said ok. She didn’t removed my nails cuticles till I asked why she didn’t and when she removed them it was so late and it was after applying the acrylic. Please just see the attached pictures of what I asked for and what I walked out with. The first picture is what I asked for and the others are mine the same day of nail service. The acrylic layer is super thick, the shapes are very ugly and the worst is the distance from my nails cuticle to the colour; it’s looking like a few weeks passed and my nails are grown. It’s because she didn’t remove the cuticle at the beginning and also that’s a maybe a dirty strategy to bring back customers after a few days for refills. It’s a shame to let a customer walk out with such an awful experience.
