I had an amazing experience for laser tattoo removal today. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Rich explained everything about the process and aftercare in detail and made the whole appointment feel easy and stress-free. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. I’m really looking forward to my next session and would definitely recommend Rich 1 Beauty to anyone!

Rich 1 Beauty Salon & MediSpa is a really wonderful place to go for all your beauty needs. Rich and Heather are both master hairdressers with tons and tons of experience. I simply say what I want and Heather creates her magic. I get my eyebrows done there too. They also do manicures, pedicures, facials, tattoo removal, and much more. The Salon has so many beauty needs offered you really don’t need to go anywhere else. I purchase my hair products from them as well. The prices at Rich 1 Beauty Salon & MediSpa are the best I’ve seen in Nanaimo. I encourage everyone to try this place it’s beyond amazing.

Rich is obviously an expert at what he does - in my case, tattoo removal. But he’s so genuine and warm, it feels less like an appointment and more like a chance to catch up with a friend. So grateful to have found Rich 1!

I have been going to Rich for tattoo and hair removal. Rich is a very authentic person who is very passionate about the services he provides. My appointments have always been a good experience. From the time you walk in the door till the moment you leave he makes sure you’re comfortable from offers of coffee or water to great conversation. Great place good people.
