Rachel is wonderful to deal with! Every time I have gone to her I have always felt comfortable and my goals have always been met. She is so professional and you can tell she has invested so much into her business! It is a beautiful studio, very clean, and the other staff are so friendly as well. I’ve been going to Rewind Med Spa for hair laser treatments and have had consistently great experiences. As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Rachel made everything straightforward and comfortable right away. The clinic is clean, professional, and never felt awkward or intimidating. She explained the laser process clearly, set realistic expectations, and answered all my questions without rushing or trying to upsell anything. The treatments were quick, painless, and handled very professionally — she checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, the experience has been efficient, respectful, and results-focused. I’d definitely recommend Rewind Med Spa to other guys considering laser treatments, especially if it’s your first time.
