Very disappointed. Had a layer hair cut today from braeann. Couldn’t get I wanted even after showing video to her .

Didnt have a very good experience got my hair hair balyaged by breanne she was not able to do what i wanted at all i wanted debth throughout my balyage but it just is one solid colour and looks more like ombre hair, below is what i wanted snd what i got, Also hair is very dead and ends are basically done. I was going to rebook with her so she could help fix it but she canceled then told me she couldnt be the right stylist for me atleast i got some of the money back but im not too happy with being just trown around like this. Im getting married next summer and now my hair is not how i wanted it for my wedding honestly very unprofessional to just say there is nothing i can do for u anymore….
