I came in for neck and shoulder pain and had a great experience. My physiotherapist, Randy, was excellent—he clearly explained the entire process, accurately identified what my body needed, and helped me recover much faster than I expected. My massage therapist, Paban, was also very professional, and his treatments significantly sped up my recovery. The clinic has a calm, stress-free, and respectful environment. A big thank you to Kirsten for managing appointments so smoothly—everything was well organized with no waiting time. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for effective and professional care.

I had a really good experience with Randy. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to understand my injury. He explained things clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment. The exercises he gave were helpful and changed as I improved. I felt supported throughout my recovery and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good physiotherapist.

I went in with a right shoulder stiffness from playing ultimate frisbee and had been dealing with it for a while. I saw Edwin (RMT), and he was super professional throughout the entire session. He really listened to my concerns and delivered exactly the type of treatment I was looking for. He also took the time to show me a couple of exercises to help keep my shoulder healthy moving forward, which I really appreciated. I genuinely felt listened to and well taken care of during the session. The clinic itself is great, very clean, welcoming, and the whole team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Clarence Wong truly went above and beyond during my time at the physiotherapy clinic helping me recover with my partial tear in my shoulder. From the very first appointment, he made me feel heard and supported. He took the time to really understand what was going on, explained everything without rushing, and created a plan that actually felt tailored to me. Throughout my recovery, Clarence checked in often, adjusted things when needed, and always encouraged me in a way that felt genuine.
