The facility was very clean, and the staff were polite and professional, which left a great impression on me. I really enjoy massages and have tried many at other spas, but I’ve rarely been fully satisfied. That’s why I specifically made a reservation requesting an RMT therapist this time. However, I couldn’t help but question whether the therapist who treated me was truly an RMT, as the skill level did not meet my expectations. I was also disappointed that there was no hot towel provided after the massage, so I had to get dressed while still covered in oil.

I recently had the Platinum Syndeo HydraFacial at Renu Spa and couldn't be happier with my treatment. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Naomi, my esthetician, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the HydraFacial process, which helped me feel at ease and understand exactly what my skin was receiving. The Platinum Syndeo HydraFacial itself delivered amazing results. My skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and rejuvenated. I can already see the difference in texture and radiance. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Recommending for sure! A girls day that we will do again! Warm welcome, treatment room was relaxing with the aroma and the audio! 3 of us had head/scalp massages. Very professional! And the pricing was affordable.

The massage itself was excellent, very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The massage therapists here consistently provide great service, and I always leave satisfied with the treatment. Unfortunately, I’m taking one star off because of the receptionist’s behavior. The attitude and unfriendly demeanor were noticeable, not only toward us but also toward other customers we witnessed during our visit. This is a place people come to relax, and the first interaction should set a calm and welcoming tone, which sadly wasn’t the case.
