Renu is a welcoming, inclusive gym. They go the extra mile on all the little things making it feel extra special. The workout classes are my favourite, but when it doesn’t work with my schedule to make a class, I love to follow along the workout of the day on the app. And the sauna is the perfect way to finish off a workout, making it feel like a pampering experience. It’s a truly special place 🥰

If you’re looking for a supportive, empowering place to focus on yourself, I can’t recommend Renu Women’s Gym enough. This women’s-only gym has truly become my sanctuary — the perfect space for “me time” and putting myself first. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredible. It genuinely feels like a family. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and completely judgment-free. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have been working out for years, you feel accepted and supported. The variety of equipment is fantastic — there’s something for everyone and every fitness goal. The space is always clean and well-maintained, which makes such a difference in feeling comfortable and motivated. And if you ever need help, the ladies who work there are always ready to step in with guidance, encouragement, or just a friendly smile. I absolutely love everything about it — the gym sessions, the workout classes, and especially the sauna. It’s more than just a gym; it’s a place to recharge, reset, and reconnect with yourself. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Renu. If you’re considering joining, do it. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive, empowering fitness community. ❤️

renu is a total game changer, especially with LML daycare on site. The staff are absolute angels. They care for the kids like their own, which gives me the peace of mind to push myself during my workouts. The whole environment feels supportive and positive. If you’re a mom trying to prioritize your health, this place makes it actually possible.

This place has a gentle way of reminding you to slow down and take care of yourself. From the friendly faces that greet you to the encouraging, judgment‑free atmosphere, it truly feels like a win just walking through the doors. Renu makes you feel welcome while also inspiring you to become the best version of yourself. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Absolutely love it.
