Incredible experience doing the Buccal massage! I had so much tension build up in my face & puffiness due to a negative emotional experience that caused me to brace. The massage experience was very well orchestrated with gentle skin cleansers, serums, hot towels, and more. The massage was unique as it was my first time doing the inner mouth/cheek/jaw massage. She’s very good at what she does and kept the environment beautiful with candles/music & a nature scenery television. Lastly - I am very sensitive to fascia release and I had a huge release that evening of emotions (normal as the jaw carries emotions of anger/resentment & is associated with self worth), I noticed I woke up in the night with more releasing energetically. It wasn’t the most comfortable but I also think that’s due to it being my first time and because I had so much emotion build up stored in this place on my body. I slept again and woke up feeling much better - my skin looks glowy & I realized I needed to take a slower day today to allow the energy to settle from this release. I will be extra grateful tomorrow as it will have settled more! My intention was to release that build up emotionally and physically & it’s EXACTLY what was done! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! 🫶🏼

I just had my first appointment with Natalia and I highly recommend. She is warm and caring and treats not just your face, but your neck, shoulders, scalp and face.
