Contacted Eric to quote on repairing cedar siding damaged by woodpeckers on a west coast modern style residential property in Vancouver Southlands. Communication was prompt and knowledgeable. Eric was able to work with the dates provided to resolve the issue. Dima replaced all the damaged pieces, repaired minor damage, and matched the original stain. Professional, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend and would work with them again.

Renaissance has helped me with various aspects of keeping up my heritage home. Eric was great at spotting things that could use extra love and helping me prioritize which projects to focus on. Victor was fast and effective at repairing a gutter and checking for any water damage from the leak. After a few months when the repair didn't seem like it was holding up properly, Eric and Victor got me back on the schedule to honour their warranty, find the issue, and immediately solve the problem the same day.

I hired renaissance to do repairs to the exterior of our house, which they did a great job at. But more importantly they also built a custom coldframe/greenhouse to grow veggies through the winter. Totally custom design, super functional and gorgeous!

I trusted Renaissance to paint my house and I am over the moon. The house was previously damaged by the previous owner moving out and attempting a DIY paint job. It was VERY patchy and lumpy. Renaissance came and gave me a quote and we were off to the races. They were patient with us asking many questions about the repairs and helped us chose a good colour and a great durable paint. The crew was quick, clean and timely. We got several quotes and Renaissance came in slightly lower than the others and the painting was completed a day ahead of schedule. The owner did a final walk through with us before taking the final payment. We notice a very small area near the ceiling that needed a touch up and they had that knocked out in a few moments. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The whole experience was smooth (just like the paint job) from start to finish.

Eric and his team did a great job on replacing rotting posts and windows. Painting job was amazing as well!! Im extremely satisfied with Renaissance Painting I would definitely recommend!
