Went here for the first time and saw Semih. He did an AMAZING job with my hair. I get skeptical seeing new stylists because I’ve had my hair butchered a few times but he did an excellent job. Before he cut my hair he asked me questions like if I usually blow dry my hair, what I do on my day to day life so he can suggest what kind of cut would work best. And he really knew what to ask because the haircut looked amazing with his recommendations. For example, I didn’t know if I wanted long layers or short layers, but after I told him I usually air dry my hair, he suggested long layers as you can still see the shape more and short layers is better if I blow dry more often. Recommend Semih for professional service where you can tell he cares a lot about his work.

I went to this salon with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I requested a balayage and showed them a clear picture of what I wanted. Instead, my hair ended up over-bleached after having the bleach on for almost three hours. Elizabeth offered to fix the color the next day, and after the correction and blow-dry, my hair looked acceptable. However, just two days later, when I washed it at home, I realized how damaged it was. It only looks good if I blow-dry and style it; if I let it air dry, the damage is very noticeable, even with conditioner and hair masks. I paid over $450 and ended up with severely damaged hair and a color that didn't match the balayage design. I am very disappointed with the quality and professionalism of the service I received.

I love this place! Natalie is such an incredibly talented hairstylist and such a sweet and adorable person. She gave me an awesome wolf cut and took care of my wavy texture. It's so obvious she approaches hair with an artistic touch. Every snip feels intentional and she really knows her stuff. Made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. The salon itself is a vibe. Love the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere. And the scalp massage was icing on the cake. Love it❤️

I had a great time at Remix. I was feeling down and needed some change to boost my energy. The pics shows the state of my hair from before then after. I like the products they use, it does not have strong scent that would trigger my allergy. The salon smells and looks clean. No hair on the floor. The salon seats have floor mats so the stylist feels less fatigue from standing all day.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today! I came in for a haircut, colour, and hair botox treatment. From the moment I walked in, the team was so kind and welcoming. Elizabeth, the manager, gave me honest and professional advice—she recommended skipping highlights since I have a lot of grey blended with black hair, and I’m so glad I listened. The results turned out even better than I imagined! A big shout-out to LILI, who worked tirelessly on my hair for almost six hours with so much care and attention to detail. She was patient, skilled, and truly transformed my hair. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a warm, friendly atmosphere!
