What am amazing experience, such a beautiful little spot so serene. My massage was spectacular not rushed so satisfying. I also got a beautiful facial which was also done in the room after the massage. The whole experience was amazing air highly recommended!!

Yukari is incredible! I came in for a back facial and she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and gave me so much solid advice for the skin issues I’ve been experiencing. The back facial itself was also very relaxing and made my skin feel calmer. I highly recommend a visit! ☺️

My first time here, and wow, there are enough words to express my positive experience. 10 stars!!! Went in for a body scrub after recovering from a surgery in July. Yukari was absolutely a gem! She explained the process before hand, offered water, and inquired if I had any questions. She provided a safe, soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The beds, and bedding is soft, and the rooms are quiet and inviting. To the experience! You know that feeling when someone scratches your back, and how good it feels? Imagine that for your whole body, followed by a shower, (to which you can wash your hair too if need be with quality products), then back to room for the mini massage while applying the moisturizering lotion. I feel like a million dollars. A little emotional to be honest after 2 months of recovering and to be treated like a goddess. Chefs kiss. I will be back 💯.

Recently, I had a pedicure at the new Burnaby location. Yukari was very pleasant and gave me a wonderful pedicure. I will definitely be returning to the spa for pedicures in the future.

My mother took my “spa rejuvenation” appointment and cannot stop saying hot amazing it was. Aki was just perfect. Super centered and present with her the whole time, great quality of care. She’s had massage from all over the world from therapists who had a wide variety of experience, this one was “amazing”. The products also felt great and smelled wonderful. Would highly recommend.
